OPENINGS:
— When do you open for commissions?
Currently, I have no consistent timing on when do I open commissions, but I'll announce when I'm available.— How do I request a commission?
Simply contact me on any of the platforms mentioned with your detailed commission request. As much as possible, please do not leave out any missing info that I may end up asking for to ensure that the end result turns out as close as possible to your satisfaction.— Are these first come first served?
Yes. Whoever gets to send their detailed commission request get their slot first after allowing them to proceed to payment.— Can I reserve a slot before opening or submit a late submission?
Yes, you may, as long as you have all the commission details ready; however, I may change this rule in the future.— Can I submit more than one request at a time?
You may; however, please keep in mind that I expect payment before submitting full drafts of multiple requests to validate your commission before I commit to it.SUBMISSIONS:
— Can I change the details of my commission after submitting?
It depends on the change. I prefer to be told of the changes before the inking stage.— What image counts as complex?
This is based on the level of details on the image. Factors include a character's design, outfits, extra markings, muscular structure, props, accessories, composition, background elements.— Do you have other types of commissions than what's offered?
If your request isn't aligned with what I offer, you can simply contact me so I can evaluate your request and answer if I can fulfill it and quote a price.— Can you draw NSFW?
I currently don't accept drawing NSFW. Nudity is fine as long as it is not sexually explicit. I may consider drawing NSFW in the future though.OTHER:
— When is payment required?
After the draft or sketch stage is finished.— Do you offer installment plans?
Currently no, but I may consider it.— When can I expect my commission finished?
It depends on the image which determines the time required to finish it. Keep in mind that I don't work with deadlines.— Where can I see any updates to my commission?
You will be sent a Dropbox link where you can see any updates I upload of your commission there.
Commission Prices
Prices are in USD. Rate may increase depending on the requirements and details of the image.
Other types of commissions and add-ons can be discussed and pricings are negotiable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are expected after your approval of my submission of a draft version of the commission(s) and are sent through through PayPal invoice.
Do not send any unsolicited payment before the draft version of the commission is approved by you and before my signal.
Upon payment, you are automatically agreeing to my Terms and conditions.
WILLING TO DO:
• Anything that I can draw with my current skill set.• Most species; eg. Human, animal, mechanical, furries, creatures, etc.• Most identities, ages and body types; LGBTQIA+ friendly.• Fanart, ships & gift arts. Permission from original character owners not necessary as long it is with good intent, unless they explicitly expressed otherwise.• Anything within the following themes or categories are acceptable:
- Cartoon and anime.
- Furries, scalies, humans, or orcs.
- Fat, chubby, bellies, muscles, nipples, armpits, sweat, feet/paws, bulges, buttocks, and body hair.
- Size difference, macro, micro, shower, farts, tickles, worship, and affection.
NOT WILLING TO DO:
• Explicit NSFW, pornography.• Traditional art, logos, 3D digital art, extensive animation, and NFT art.• Art styles that are too complex or difficult for me to achieve, such as pixel art.• Overly detailed and extensive backgrounds or architecture.• Unrealistic and difficult poses.• Anything within the following themes or categories are not acceptable:
- Pregnancy, gore, extreme violence, death, scat, diapers, birthing, bloodplay, wetting, tentacles, oversized body parts, realism.
Please keep in mind that the final decision is up to me to accept or refuse your commission request for any unexplained reason regardless of what is on my "Willing to do" list.

• If you're looking into commissioning Yu-Gi-Oh card art from me, then I'm available for that, but I have not decided a price point yet. It will be depending on the complexity of the artwork(s).
Terms of Service
• By commissioning, you are recognizing that you are my client and I am the artist and that you are paying for my service.• I have the copyrights of all the images I produce from your commission including finished and unfinished art.• No private commissions. I have the right to display and keep your commission up on social media platforms; however, if you want to remain anonymous when crediting you, please let me know.• Communication between us must be through the platforms I use.• I reserve the right to decline any request or cancel and refund a commission for any valid reason.• I am not liable for any harassment, personal damages, loss or theft of your intellectual property or character design rights.• These rules can update without notice. Please skim through this before deciding to commission me.——————————————————————————————————USE & RIGHTS:
• You may share and upload your commission of any version to your personal websites and social medias with credit.• You may use, crop, edit, print and self-finish your commission for your own personal use.• Do not publish or share your commission that is altered by AI software.• Do not use or edit your commission for hate speech, defamation, propaganda, etc.• Do not trace or claim the artwork as your own. Please properly credit me wherever possible.• Do not use any part of your commission that is considered unpaid, declined or canceled work.• Do not use your commission for promotional or commercial use unless you've been given the commercial licensing to.• Do not use the commission for AI training or NFTs.• If you plan to sell the rights of your character that was listed in my adoptables to another party, you may not resell for more than what you bought it for.——————————————————————————————————PROCESS & PAYMENTS:
Details of your commission must be discussed, provided with clear, up-to-date visual references.Payments must be made through PayPal invoices of the amount(s) agreed upon with a valid email address. Do not send payment before I have displayed my drafts and have them approved by you.All works will be watermarked. Any drafts I send will always be watermarked in such a way that is covering the drafts but still viewable until payment is done, and then, all future drafts and updates will have watermarks minimized and placed on the edge or corner of the artwork(s).You may request to change the details of your commission before I begin working on it, but it may be subject to additional charges or refunds depending on the changes.——————————————————————————————————EDITS & APPROVALS:
If your commission request is accepted and has been paid, you are expected to check the progress and updates constantly.Freely correct me on any mistakes made on my part in terms of design or output.Minor changes and edits can be requested at any time during the sketch phase. Too many edits may incur an additional fee. Please be decisive of your choices.One major revision may be requested during the end of the sketch phase for any final possible requested adjustments.Revisions made during the inking and coloring phase are likely to incur a fee if it is major one.If no response is given within 24 hours of the drafts submission, the commission will be continued as is.——————————————————————————————————FINALIZING THE COMMISSION:
When the commission is paid in full and the work is completed, you will receive your commission in its full resolution watermarked. It will be considered as delivered and completed if no other changes required.Delivery of the work is made through Dropbox, the link will already be provided during WIPs.Any major edits or revision requested after the final art is delivered will incur a fee.Delivered images will be in .png format unless stated otherwise. I do not give out the full .clip files.——————————————————————————————————TURNAROUND:
I do not work under any deadlines, especially tight deadlines, unless it is not a large commission.Small commissions are expected to be finished within hours, if not, a day or 2. Large commissions may take weeks or months, depending on the complexity or amount of work.If I'm under tight schedules due to my personal life such as school, work, appointments, etc... then I will notify you ahead before working on your commission, unless such events happen during the commission, then I will notify you during the commission so you can have proper expectations and not have unexpected delays. I will also notify you on which days I'm available to continue working on your commission so we can have proper communication.——————————————————————————————————CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Canceling a commission can only be done if I have not begun working on the commission or if payment has not been made.Canceling a part or item of a semi-large or large commission that was paid for is not possible, but can be replaced with another item.Forcing a full refund or issuing a chargeback will result to losing all the rights and usage permissions to any images you have received from me and banned from doing further business with me.——————————————————————————————————ADDITIONAL NOTE(S):
• Frequent customers may have the chance to get a 25% on future commissions.
